Every good ship has its own code. Here is ours, to ensure a pleasant voyage for the entire crew.

Boarding and Departure

The code

  1. No animals allowed on board, except for service animals… and Sparrow, our cat, who’s on board.
  2. No smoking in the cabins. Smoking is permitted on the patio only.
  3. No parties or outside guests without the crew's prior consent.
  4. Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. Divers get up early.
  5. No food or drinks in the pool. Plastic or metal containers only.
  6. Take care of the ship. Damage and lost keys will be billed.
  7. Turn off the air conditioning when you leave your cabin.

Good to Know

This is Sparrow, our four-legged ship's boy. Affectionate and curious, he loves company and naps in the sun. If he meows, it’s because he’s hungry or wants some cuddles: his food is stored under the kitchen sink, and cuddles are always welcome. If you’re allergic to cats, please let us know before booking.

  • Tap water is not safe to drink. Please use the purified water dispenser on the upper deck.
  • Security cameras monitor common areas, but never the cabins.

FOR OUR GUESTS ON BOARD

During your stay

Check-in and Keys

  • Main door: Enter your code, then press the unlock button. Your key works, too.
  • Your cabin has the pirate's name on the door.
  • You have a key for your cabin and one for the main entrance.

Food and Beverages 

  • Coffee: Insert a filter, press «Inicio,» and rinse the machine after use.
  • Purified water: fountains on the upper deck.
  • Refrigerator: Please put your food in the basket labeled with your cabin number.
  • Mini-bar: on the upper deck. Put the money in the wooden box.
  • Fruits and vegetables: Wash them with Microdyn or a vegetable sanitizer.

On the roof and by the pool

  • BBQ: on the rooftop terrace. Place the charcoal in the ignition cylinder and light some paper underneath it. Charcoal is not provided.
  • Bluetooth speakers: Turn down the volume in the evening.
  • Swimming pool: Shower before swimming, and use only plastic or metal containers.
  • Ping-pong table: Rackets and balls are provided.
  • Dart Games: Ask for the darts at the front desk.

Onboard Entertainment

  • Board games: on the small table in the hallway on the upper deck.
  • Books: in the living room. Take one, or leave yours there.
  • Local crafts: Clothing, bags, and jewelry made in Mexico. Ask the crew for prices.

Parking

  • Park in front of the hotel or on either side of the street, without blocking any entrances.
  • Scooter in the garage: Open the door on the right from the inside (3 locks) and do not block the way.

Diving and Activities

Book directly with the crew on WhatsApp. A deposit of 50 % confirms the activity, and cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours in advance.

Before You Go

Close the windows, turn off the air conditioning and the lights.

Leave your key in the lock on your cabin door.

Put the food from your shopping cart in the fridge.

Lock the front door when you leave.
