Arrival at the hostel - Check in

• Arrival from 15:00pm
• Use the code and press the unlock button. Make sure you pull the door 2 seconds before pushing it.
• Find your room by name.
• You have the keys to your room and to the main entrance.
• If you'd like to leave your luggage before check-in, please don't hesitate to ask.

Departure from the hostel - Check-out

• Departure time: 11:00 a.m.
• When you leave the room, leave the key in the door lock.
• Turn off electronic devices.
• Empty your food basket.
• Lock the main door when you leave.

Rules to follow.

Animals prohibited
The only exception is service animals.

No smoking in rooms
Please use the terrace as a smoking area.

No parties or events
Prior authorization is required to invite an outsider.

Respect the 10:00 p.m. noise curfew
No loud noise, music or shouting is permitted after this time.

Declaration of damage
Please take care of the furniture. Any damage must be paid for.

Keys
Please be especially careful with your keys. Lost keys will incur a replacement charge.

Food and beverages
Please do not eat or drink in the beds or in the pool.

Device operation

Refrigerator
Use the container bearing the name of your room to store your food.
Please bring, donate or dispose of your belongings when you leave.
Please respect the space of others.

Coffee machine
Coffee is free. Use a filter and press the "Inicio" button to start.
Please rinse the machine after use.

Water
Water is available free of charge. Water dispensers are available on the 1ᵉʳ and 2ᵉ floors.

Television
Netflix and Amazon Prime are connected.
Enjoy your viewing!

Bluetooth speakers
Use the speakers to listen to your music.
Please turn down the volume during the night.

Barbecue (BBQ)
To use the barbecue, place some charcoal in the container and light some paper underneath.
Coal is not supplied.

Swimming pool
Be careful in the pool.
Please do not eat and use only plastic or metal containers for your drinks.
Please shower before entering the pool.

Useful things to know

Parking
You can park in front of the hotel or on either side of the street, as long as you don't block any entrance.
If you want to put your bike in the garage, make sure you don't block the way.
Open the right-hand door from the inside using the 3 bolts.

Main door lock
To open the gate, use the code and then press the unlock button with the padlock.
Pull the door towards you for 2 seconds before pushing.
You can also use your own key.

Mini-bar
You can purchase items from the mini-bar on the second floor.
Place the money in the wooden box provided.

Temperature control
Use the remote control to switch the air conditioning on/off.
Please turn off the air conditioning when you leave the room.

Tap water
Do not drink it. Clean your fruit and vegetables with Microdyn or a special vegetable cleaner.

House cat
The domestic cat is called Sparrow.
He is very affectionate and loves to sleep with guests.
His food is under the kitchen sink.

Security cameras
Cameras are installed in all common areas for your safety.
